Default Fireworks settings on FZ40

What would all of you recommend for settings on a tripod to record fireworks?

G'day Carol

Go to the Scenes menu and choose fireworks [from snow & beach & macro & lots of other nice 'n squizzy secret settings they have there]

The Fireworks setting will a) go to "S" mode & set to 8secs, b) will set WB to Daylight, c) will set EV to -1EV to keep the background black ... plus several other things

Hope this helps a bit > and enjoy the fireworks
Regards, Phil

Phil, thanks so much! The manual wasn't very clear at all.
