Default Contrast

It was interesting to see the contrasting colors of the flametree (Delonix regia or 'gulmohar' here) - bunched together and interspersed:

Three great photos as always, Raghu. Hope you and all the family are well. Been awhile since I checked in here. Got a Nikon and wife took over the FZ30, but now I've got it back. Oh, meant to also ask about that beautiful dog you had.

Jim, Alex & Saly, thanks for looking. These flowers have started blooming and are painting all canopies red! A real sight to enjoy.

Jerry, welcome back! Nice to hear from you after a really long time. Hope all is well with you.
Nice of you to remember my mom and dog. If you mean the black Labrador, I am sorry to say he is no more (read http://amblog-raghu.blogspot.in/2009...g-days_20.html). I found solace in adopting Chotu, a mixed breed small dog that had got lost and has now found a good home with us. My mom and kids are fine, thank you. Raghu
