Default Old is .... .... .... Silver!

At the time of buying my FZ28, I had sold the old one, FZ3, to one of my friends. He happend to bring the camera and I was so happy to handle it for some time and was even more happy to see it still produces as good images, if not better, as my FZ28. A few shots:

The old one, bought in Jan 2005:

A macro shot by this camera this morning:

A comparison: Same flower, same time, left was with FZ3, right with FZ28:

Looks like the old FZ3 is still working well.

I think a lot of the old FZ cameras take nice shots, they just need to have light.

Thank you Jim, Saly and Alex. Saly, I bought that in Jan 2005 - it is now half way through its eighth year! Only when you go back to the old ones you realise how user-friendly the new ones are! I had to struggle switching back and forth with the menu and other buttons to get the right settings that are so effortlessly done in the new cameras. However when it comes to the image, I think the lens and the 3mp processor are as good as the new ones.
