Default TZ10 "Catty"

Curious looking chap taking a dangerous trip across a footpath in the hills.
I almost stood on him..!
I think it's a Hawk Moth caterpillar...

Looks as if an animal dropped it's tail on the path.

Nice catch, Simon. I remember how I wished I had a camera when on a rainy day I saw a similar one, a little darker may be, contracting and stretching its way across a parapet with brillant drops of water on its bristles, each drop looking like a small bubble of mercury thrust on a needle. That scene remains etched strongly in my memory. Some day I think I will paint it. I don't have the time or patience now. Thanks for taking me several years back.

Thanks guys- and yes John- even a humble TZ10 can achieve a shallow DOF- albeit in Macro..!
