Default FZ-200 handheld moon shots at 1000mm

Handheld at 1000mm and no post processing.
Now I can officially say I’m satisfied w/ this camera.

had to try

Thanks folks!

Simon – the lens was zoomed to an equivalent of 1000mm – or to be exact 975 – using the EZ zoom feature that Lumix says doesn't deteriorate the quality in any way.

And that was handheld in a 15 degree wind chill!

The picture is sharper like on my monitor here on Flicker

well hats off to that grip, captain hook
anyway, I am quite happy to see what the FZ200 is capable of, although I never came any close to this quality with mine. could you share what settings you used to take the shot ?
