I think PHOTOfunSTUDIO that came with the camera will play them.

Thanks for the replies. With the TZ30 you can video in AVCHE or PSH. I have never been able to work the first one so i thought i would use the second one. I videoed family and it ould have been great to see them but no luck.
Simon i looked at those programmes but decided not to buy them. There must be an easier way.
OK so how would i see the AVCHE ones? Either that or not use te video mode i guess.
Many thanks
E.

It might sound a bit obvious- but can you not just get a AV cable or HDMI and view on your TV ?
Failing that, I used my old TZ10 on the motion jpeg setting (30fps) which played fine on Windows media player.
Try using the MP4/1280x720 setting- that should play on a basic media player.

Hi Simon, i couldn't get the PSH file format o play so i converted it to quicktime but it still won't play even with the photofunshop disk installed that came with the camera.
the files offered on this camera are;
GPS (AVCHD PROGRESSIVE)
PSH
GFS
FSH
GS
SH
They are all AVCHD files but record in diff sizes.
I couldn't get mine to playso i converted it to Quicktime but still no good and i cannot seem to convert it to MP4.
Totally lost on this one so might have to loose, delete my video. Very rare i use video on a camera but not happy with this so far.

From the users manual.

Files and folders containing copied AVCHD motion pictures cannot be played back oredited if they have been
deleted, modified, or moved using Windows Explorer or similar methods. Always use “PHOTOfunSTUDIO”
when handling AVCHD motion pictures.

Try and open the file with PHOTOfunSTUDIO straight from the card or have it import from the card.
