Default FZ200 Optimum Settings

I was wondering if any FZ200 users had worked out, & agreed, on what are the best settings for NR, Sharpness, Contrast & Saturation for JPEG output?
I am not a pixel peeper, I don't want to shoot raw & develop, at least not at this stage, & I don't want to keep changing these settings for different shooting conditions or ISO.
Unfortunately, my eyesight isn't good enough to enable me to run tests & form a definitive opinion myself.
I am just looking for the best all round setting for shooting at ISO 100 - 400.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Default Graham Houghton video

He has some suggestions and some instructional video's. I am trying to learn the camera too.
Paul, enjoying my retirement riding my BMW R1200GS, and R90/6. Taking pictures with my new FZ200 and Nikon D90 of my grandkids, places I go and birds. God must have really had fun when he created the birds!
