Fine, sharp photos. Especially the portrait in the first batch. All the BWs appear with a tinge of brown on my screen.

That's good , means your screen is perfectly calibrated.
The Brown effect was intentional ...it's a filter

I have to agree that they are great shots! I think my best is the 1st portrait great details well focused good job. Glad to see someone is using a panny to capture portraits !

Friday I will try to compare my Fz1000 with my FF Canon 6d........taking the same shots with both cameras.
