Default Bride

The bride, at a typical wedding in North India, flanked by relatives. Shot from a distance, through a narrow gap at the crowded wedding hall.

G'day mate

Another of your wonderful images from 'home'
One of the things I am impressed with re- Indian subcontinent is the use of brilliant colours for clothing - unlike us 'westerners' where weddings etc are traditionally 'white & black'

As to the bride - your image does great justice to a beautiful woman with 'perfect' lightiing enhancing her features as well

I trust that she will enjoy it when she sees your image
Phil

Good day, Phil, and thanks for the feedback. Yes, the bride, the groom and their close circle all liked this image, which gave me immense satisfaction of getting recognized as a good photographer.

Marvelous picture. Wish I could do the same with
my FZ200. But I'm not as skilled as you, Raghu

Thanks Jim and Rudi, glad you liked the image. Of late, I have taken a fascination for shooting without flash, though it can produce 'ghosts' at low light situations. I was lucky there was no movement (like hands, or twist of neck, etc) while taking this shot.
