Has anyone used a TC-E3ED with a FZ1 or FZ2? I gather this teleconverter is very good. Will it work okay at full zoom? Any other 3X converters that can be used?:?

No, you cannot use Nikon's TC-E3ED on a FZ-10 (and FZ-1). This is because the exit pupil of the TC-E3 is much smaller the entrance pupile of the FZ-10, and, as a result, significant vignetting will occur. In fact, just consider the rear thread of the TC-E3, which is 28mm and much smaller than the FZ-10's front thread. That means, the FZ-10 lens "sees" more than the TC-E3 can deliver. So, vignetting is unavoidable.

I did a check earlier and thought the Nikon Coolpix cameras the TC-E3ED fitted had 37mm threads. I figured that if the converter did have a 37mm rear thread, it might be usable with the FZ1. But If they only have 28mm threads, as you say, then I'll have to find another 3X converter.
