Does anyone know what the actuation lifespan of the FZ-10 is? I've seen this number referenced for dSLR's but was curious if there was a lifespan associated with the camera.

Is this something actually tested or just estimated?

srvsd, no matter how long the lifespan of the camera is, the lifespan of the "idea" will last for a very long time. I will never sell mine because I think that it may well be the prototype to something that put's the average consumer into the world of professional zoom photography when the next generation arrives. In any event, I have one of the first batch and never plan to sell. Interesting question.

I have no idea why this posted twice, but, considering my reputation, I guess it fits, so no problem.
