Just found Panasonic Lumix DMC-FX7 in warehouse123.com this morning. The optical image stabiliser sounds like a good idea and they look fairly smart, and its 2.5" LCD Display look outstanding. Thinking of getting this digital camera. Has anyone got any pros or cons on this models performance? Thanks for the help in advance.

I have seen some test-images on the internet few days ago and was a bit disappointed! The pictures were very noisy :sad:
Maybe the FX2 is doing a better job because of less MP...

Do you have the link of the test-images? I saw some of the samples in http://panasonic.jp/dc/fx7_2/index.html, and they're not that bad.

it is written in japanese, maybe you have to translate the text (I haven't) but the sample-images are the most important part!

Yes, they are noisy but in general the pictures are not so bad
