Recently I have had to take some pictures in very dark places. I think that I need an external flash; Panasonic recomends the DMW-FL28, but it is very expensive, $148, in ebay there are many cheaper options, but I don't know if some of thwm will work with my camera, Could somebody recomend me an external flash for my camera. Thank you

A lot of people use the SUNPAK 383 Super, there have been a lot of posts about it a few weeks ago just do a search for sunpak. It costs about $70 US and people seem to like it. Hope this helps.

Treemonkeys spot on.. get the Sunpak 383 Super - I have one and it works a treat. Here's a link on someone with a FZ10/20 and SUNPAK 383 and some sample pics.

How about the sunpak 544. I heard that is also a very good flash to use the FZ10 or what ever camera. If anybody out has tried the 544 please let me know.

The 544 would be very good - but it is a bit of a giant!

You would also need to add a hot shoe to PC lead convertor, as the FZ doesn't have a PC slot

I saw a bunch of hot shoe to pc adapters, but do I really need a fancy adapter in order to connect a sunpak 544 to my FZ10 or just simple hot shoe to pc adapter from adorama for 10 bucks?
