Just added a quick (ameture) hand scetched scape to my full moon pic.

The scape was done with a Wacom 6x8 tablet w/pressure sensative pen.

Hope you all like it.

hey man! great job with the sketching! the shading is great!

a little thing about the moon...the edge is dark on the right side...was that in the picture?

anyway, nice work the moon shot is quite nice, and the drawing is hardly amateur (lol, look somewhere deep in close-ups for some pear sketches i did...the thread is "Sketch Pad" or something like that)

Nice work, Bob. Love it. I'm waiting for a used Wacom 8X6
tab to come in the mail I got on eBay for (get this) $30. What graphics program did you use?

It's great for art. The active area is 8x6 and the cordless pressure sensative pen has 512 levels of pressure. So if the graphics software supports pressure sensative tablets you can really get some great effects with it.

Here is a link to the one I use.

It's just another hobbie of mine but sometimes I just like to draw.

Thanks...

Thanks Nick.

Wow thats a great deal. I payed 200 bucks at Comp USA. You should go on wacoms site and order a set of pen tips. They are like 20 bucks for 5, and it's good to have spares as they do wear.

Cant find the thread. You have a lot of very nice shots though. Do you use a Lumix?

The dark edge was in the shot. I just cut the moon out and pasted it on the drawing, then merged the layers and blended the moon edges slightly. It was a quick throw together. Less than an hour including drawing the picture.

Thanks...
