Bob, I don't remember if I tried out a Taylor, but I am curious to hear the sound of your guitar. I might take a ride to Sam Ash to check it out. I did buy a Taylor mini acoustic for my niece, it is beautiful, and sounds great for a little guitar.

About the bluegrass, would Doc Watson be considered bluegrass.I used to play a song called Pallette on your floor (I think that was the name) with my father, when he was alive. He was a big Doc Watson fan.

Ya know Fred, I might just take you up on that. I teach in the PMs, so it might not be able to until next semester, or during the break. Whaddaya say, Bob? You could buy us a beer.

Great to see a bunch of guitarists on the forum! I've played since the early '60s. Right now I only have electrics--a candy apple red hot-rodded Telecaster and two Godins. I use a small Marshall (80 watts with a 12" speaker).

Any other electric players on the forum?

I can do spoons, whistle into a jug, and play the jew's harp. I also make a pretty mean armpit fart.

Hey, how do you get more than one photo in one post???
Move you cursor and copy and paste another jpg url or do it via the Insert Image button. Maybe if you're using steves attachment you cant havre multiple images on a post. Do you have photos posted elsewhere on the net?

What is the scary looking plastic contraption chewing awayat the nut area of your guitar?
