That Raynox works just fine, I use it to attach some lenses that require 52mm size rather than using a stepdown ring. I do not like the looks of it however.

And while I use Yoshida adapters for day to day use a 55mm on a FZ10 and a 62mm on a FZ20, I think for the money the Phayee is hard to beat.

Bear in mind that is just my opinion

I was just at their site looking at some lenses and I see they have changed the shape of the adapter a bit to cover some screws and such. Looks better!

I use it and it works fine for me.

vIZnquest,

Although I can't give you any performance results yet, Saturday I ordered the Raynox RT5264P adapter and a Nikon 4t macro lens based on some recommendations in this forum. I just received my FZ15 last week and I am anxious to try out some macro photography. I ordered the Raynox adapter from bugeyedigital.com ($15.95) and the Nikon 4t from adorama.com.

I just got mine last week from BugEye and it's the taper down kind. I'm impressed with the color and texture matching the FZ20's body.

If the adapter was just a little shorter. I could fit it in the semi-soft case (PS-075), of course the lens wouldn't extend then !

I find it easier to find and use the manual focus ring than using the Pana supplied one.

The screws are visible on the front of the focus ring. I don't look at that end much, and I don't think I'll bang it around to test the worry factor.

Good choice Jake D, the phayee is the way to go. I got mine a month ago and have been very pleased with it. The quality is great and it works extremely well. I would recommend it to anyone.
