Hi,
If you liked the dragon you love these. Its a flying fox, looks like a bat but its not. They only eat fruit and by the way don't stand below them when they take off (they release their ballast so to speak).

Where do they migrate to???? i hope they don't fly way the h--l over here bro!!!!

No they dont bite, only eat fruit. That photo was one of the first I took with my FZ10. They like hanging out in the tops of trees so the 12x comes in very useful. :-)

Australian wildlife is like it's from another planet. Sure you folks down-under take it for granted but ya sure gots some wild lookin' critters. Should I ever encounter one, I will take you at your word and not stand directly underneath without an umbrella.

Its not a bat:?? Well learned something today....always thought the flying fox is a bat!

Wow... Great shot...

I wonder how much it cost's to go to Australia. It would be worth it to get shots of the wild life there.
