PS.. If anyone is considering one of the Lumix's don't discount the capabilities of the FZ-1, as evident of these stunning scenes posted here. There's plenty of CAP-ability in the FZ-1, it's all about the Ability of person behind the camera.

Basac, I really like your pictures. May I ask you where in Viet Nam are the sand dunes located? Are they around Mui Ne? Also, I have never seen a basket boat painted blue before, it really gives it a different look.I like it with the fishing boats in the background. Was that picture also taken around the same area as the sand dunes? Thanks for your posting.

Bobc, thanks for your nice comments.

14ron2, yes the sand dunes are in Muine, and its where a lot of tourists come to visit and sandsliding. The picture with fishing boats in the background is at a fishing village by Muine 15km, and is called Mui Ke Ga.

Basac, thanks for the quick response. I have fortunately, been to Mui Nea couple of times and thought it looked familiar. Next time I will try to also, go to Mui Ke Ga. I love visiting Viet Nam and am looking forward to going again now that I have a better camera. The country is a very beautiful place to visit and photograph.
