These series are not typical full caterpillar shots as I couldn't take them sharply...This guy although small, was moving quite fast, and all full body shots were blur. These are the afew of the sharp ones, and I thought the pic is quite interesting?

What do you think????? Appreciate any comments! Thanks!

... sort of a macro pan shot. Did you use sports action mode? I know what you mean... these critters are fast, fast. One crawled into my boxers once... had quite the time catching him.

Nah...I just used Manual Exposure mode and just take and take and take......just a few came out though....no panning involved....

I would have responded sooner but I have had a heck of a time clearing the image that Nicktrop left from my brain. The twitches have mostly stopped now.
I also like the first shot. My first thought was that it reminded me of the center hub of a ten speed bicycle with extra spokes.
It is a really nice shot. It doesn't even look like it's touching the leaf.
