What is setup taking these shots?

Exposure Mode?

Focus Mode?

White Balance? Auto or Daylight?

Here is the squence I go through with all the pictures. I open them in PS Elements 3.0 on the Mac.
1. Lower noise
2. Auto enhance (if it seems to extreme I undo and Adjust Smart Fix to taste)
3. Resize to 725 x 580 (8x10 inches)
4. use Unsharpen Mask
5. Save
I have included the untouched up original so you can compare. I think you can see that the original was pretty good to begin with.

Here's the camera setup that I have been using almost exclusively.

Exposure Mode: P

Auto Focus: Spot Focusing

Metering Mode: Spot

White Balance: Auto (I still don't too much about white balance yet, hence Auto)
