FedEx was nice and delivered my camera a day early. After much diddling and fiddling with white balance, exposure compensation, aperture and shutter priorities, I managed to get a few good shots of my puppy dog. I like the "accidental" twinkle in her eyes in this one. Think I'm going to like the camera very much.

What a cuttie. Animals are tough, esp pups. Good job! Now don't go letting that little pup gain too much weight by feeding him (r'her) too much of that wonderful cajun y'all have over there. (Some of you folks need to come up north, and open a few restaurants. Sadly lacking in these parts...)

Thanks Nick. Yes, I do have to be careful with the treats. She can hear a camera turn on from one side of the house to the other and comes running.

Beutiful dog, and great shot capturing that glow in her eyes.

I bet she loves you a lot. She just has that I love you and take my picture look.
