Just got the FZ20 for Christmas and noticed that most of my indoor pictures of people had a red tint to them....especially on the faces. I haven't changed any of the factory settings and used red eye reduction on the flash. Has anyone else had similar results? I would like to tone down thered color if possible. Thanks and this is a great forum.

Hi! You didn't say anything cheeky to embarrass your subjects before taking the shot, did you? (kidding)

One suggestion might be to manually set the white balance.

To get indoor shot colors to come out properly, I had to go into the while balance and set for "flash" That may help you too. This something new that I'll have to remember to do in the future.

If you shot these using your flash with the white balance set to flash you can adjust the balance towards blue until you find a setting you like. If you shot without flash you can manually set the white balance.:|

Thanks for all the help. I'll try changing a few settings mentioned here to see if it helps. If it doesn't I'll post a few pics so you can see what is happening. Thanks again.

It looks like most of it was due to the flash sync (why I had it enabled is beyond me). Colors are looking better!!
