For the arachniphobes among us... turn away now!!The following may be harmful to your anxiety level! :-)

I caught this little fella in my toolshed a while back, and couldn't resist trying out my li'l LC43's macro capbility. It's really not bad at all for a pocket-size point-n-shoot! I've had if for a while, and it makes a perfect "back-up" or second camera to complement my FZ20.

the background is the inside wall of my tool shed. it's plywood siding, and the spider had his web between a couple of the 2x4 studs.

that li'l LC43 does pretty well with macro shots. can't get quite as close as my FZ20, but it produces nice, clear images...
