Got inspired by some great panorama's here, so I downloaded this freeware version of Autostitch. Works great, I like it a lot, and been fooling around indoors to try something;

The wall is 3,5 meters (say..... about 10 feet) in length, and had the camera about 4 feet of the wall. Took 59 pics, ran the program, cropped it, sharpened the thing, and this is the result

very nice :-)

i just got my cam a few weeks ago, and just installed the panorama maker on my gfs comp. have been taking panoramic pics of her apartment, and some of them turned out really nice. its acool program, and im sure ill have lots of fun with it when i get back home and put it on my own comp! im sure ill end up posting a few.

GB.......nice shot man!!!! but may i ask" prob a stupid Qu " how many pic's did iot take to get the final pic? i hope not 59......

Well, I think after the cropping, it must have left at least 45shots... (can't believeautostitch leaves some pics unused :?)

It could probably have been done with less pics; For example, the pic below was done with 35 shots (forget the rubbish; that's what a garage is for ey ); but I think the more pictures you take, the more acurate the result will be.

Spidamonkey; Yes, this indeed is great stuff for capturing nice indoor overviews (though my posted images are a bit extreme maybe ) . I'd love to see some works of yours
