We spend hours looking for these water dragons all over the National Botanic Gardens only to find them hanging out by the gardens entrance!

I think these parrots may have been drunk! I was just a few feet away from them and thet didnt care.

The sun and the colors are just different and brighter on that side of the world. You can almost always tell an NZ or Aussie outdoors post. Wish we had some cool critter like that. The only thing you find in the wild in these parts are mice, pidgeons, and squids.

Nick, we have some pretty weird critters over here and most of them have a great defence mechanism which involves staying really still, of course it makes photographing them a lot easier!
The bugs are the best over here, weird things around every corner and only a few bite! :| |
