okay, i downloaded this program, but i can't seem to get it to work... is there some trick to using it?

i guess it only works on photos from the web... i thought it would work onthe JPEG files in my hard drive...

It is an IE plug in, and only works when viewing pic's with IE. I found it handy for EXIF info on many of the pics posted on the forums.

If you are have problems installing, I suggest that you download and save it, then run the exe that extract's the setup program. Then run the setup. Once finished open the IE. Then when you right click on a pic, there will be a View EXIF selection in the drop down menu.

I have been using it for about a week now, and it works well.

Good Luck with it.

he's also riding alot higher in the water, which means either A) he's a decoy with a busted beak, or B) the water is really shallow and he's standing on the bottom. If he's a "live one", his head's turned away from the camera, right?

Bob,

I get most of my bird shots from a county park in our area called Peace Valley Park.
