Bob,

I get most of my bird shots from a county park in our area called Peace Valley Park.
The reason I am asking you these questions is... I went to grade school (way back when) at Saint Charles in Bensalem, Pa. I knew a guy name William Mullen (Bill for short), and looking at your user name was wondering if you might be that person.

[hes a live one, and at first i thought his head was turned away too, but the more i look i swear i should be able to see his bill. lol strange.]

well, let's just say that a duck without a bill doesn't live long... he needs it to feed. if the injury was recent, he might still be hanging on, but you should be able to see signs of trauma. if the injury occurred more than a week prior, the duck would probably be dead, or close to it.

I had installed the Exif reader and it is free. Very easy to work. Let me know if you want to download cos I need to check it where the site is.
