Me thought I would give 'macro' a try with FZ20, functions quite different than the old SLR. anyways here it is.

What you can do to make it bigger is that.....opt for the biggest size pic and best quality, take as close as possible that the macro mode allows. After you got the pic, crop it around your target(flower or the main object), before you reduce the pic size. If you do that, your flower will appear even bigger than the pic above.

Thanks for that spiderman, I was starting to wonder how some did their digi manipulations. afraid I'm still in a BIG learning curve on this kind of stuff.

Hey Harry, you're not the only one on the curve. Heck, I'm afraid to take my camera of the p mode. I haven't even tried a shot in any other mode. I guess it might be time,,,,,lol. Cal

nice shot as is Hazzarbone, would be cool to see it even closer up as well so the texures and detail pop even more.
