Pretty, interesting... I might have zoomed in a wee bit more to get rid of the tire, but you can always crop that out o'course.

Welcome to our little place on the 'net! We're a rather strange lot, but harmless. Looking forward to your future postes, M8t.

kale is an interesting plant... lots of texture and shadow and color. nice shot! here's one i took of a kale plant a couple of months back with my LC43... sorry it's so small, but i had to resize it waaaaay down to get under 250k! :(

... sorry, missed my cue. :G

(...course it is! One comp I worked for I earned the nickname "the green leafy vegetable guy". Little vinegar, little fresh lemon juice, you're good to go!)

Cool, zozo, very interesting subject. I can't wait for it to warm up again over here so our vegetation starts blooming again.

I agree with what Nick said about either zooming in or cropping to get rid of the tire, I'd also suggest playing with the levels a bit so that the kale stands out a bit more. I gave it a shot in photoshop, but I'm definitely no expert so I'm sure there's more you can do to make that good picture even better.
