It's noiseware
you can download (shareware or trial) it here ->

Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!

WOW! I am really impressed. I never expected such a response—and so quickly. I could make individual replies but everyone of those photos is remarkable. I now feel 100% that the FZ20 is the right camera for me. I can see myself spending many enjoyable hours aiming at results even half as good as these.

I note that most of these are outdoor shots. Perhaps there are still limitations indoors although I'm ready to be convinced otherwise. In any case the FZ20 was way ahead of the next camera on my list. You have simply clinched it for me.

I will be in Bangkok in another week and perhaps it is time to do some serious shopping. After Bangkok I head for Cambodia for a few weeks. I'm not sure about internet connections there. Never been there before. So perhaps you won't hear from me for a little while. Hopefully when I return I will have a few shots to share with you.

Keep those photos coming folks—and maybe some indoor ones.

Cheers

John

Took these shots tonight. The only light in room is a 60 watt bulb located 18 inches from the wall that the photo is on & 6 feet to the right of the photo of the photo of Da Vinci's Transfiguration that I have registered with the copyright office. The first shot is taken with FZ20 in auto mode. ISO 400. White balance set. The second shot is with FZ20 ISO auto. White balance auto. The third shot is with CanonS1 Program mode ISO 400 . White balance set. The fourth shot is Canon S1 in auto mode.

This taken just with the small room light 60 watt bulb, hand held as 'Benji' doesnt like the tripod, and I'm sure he thinks he's sexy, as soon as I get the camera out he rolls over onto his back.
