This is a sunset from Jan 18th in Los Angeles. Handheld, f2.8, ISO 80, 1/2000 shutter speed. I used the panorama stitcher to stitch together 2 photographs to get this shot. The sun had just set a few seconds ago and the colors in the sky were purely magical. Any opinions are welcome...thanks

My advice here.. if you know you might not get a good shot. Make a high speed burst, and watch your screen until you seea nice sharp picture. When the image stabilizer is at the point to stabilize your movement, the picture might be a bit moved, but if you make 2 or 3 burst shots, there is always a sharp one. That's my tactic, and it works most of the time.
That is one heck of a good advice Tim!!!!

I took this one with slow-sync fllash; highlights kicked up a bit, resized and sharpened.

12x | f/2.8| 1/13 | iso100 with my elbows resting on something if I remeber correctly

I think it's got something to do with the dimensions of the uploaded pic; Most files I have to download are like fullscreen pics or even larger. Usually, I right-click the file, and open it in a new window, works just fine

Cheers! GB

Hi, it's the first time I post some photos. Both photos are taken from the same place. The first one is only to reference the distance. Sorry for my English.
