That's Mt Wilson in the background isn't? You don't usually see all that snow. I like the Telephoto of the city and the Mts. And that's pretty clear for down there.

Not your typical view of Down Town. I like it.

I really like the composition for this one The technical quality seems to be a bit less though; I wonder how this scene will do at different times of the day..

Can't refuse to note that mankind is capable of creating impressive stuff; But this image shows pretty well who's the One 8)

Nice picture. I enjoy looking at it. Don't mind the critics. Keep snapping.

Actually I got it due to having lived in California. I will have to say that is an exceptional day to be able to see that. Obviously, quite a bit of rain must have passed through.

Wow. Now that's a skyline. And exactly how big are the faces on those billboards???

Not really a traditional billboard... what you're seeing is the south side of the Figueroa Hotelentire south side is used for advertising. It usually running ads for Apple Computer, but also runs lots of sports themed ads likeNike and Reebok as well as corporate ads (since it overlooks the Staples Center and L.A. Convention Center). It's twelve-story likeness of Shaq and Kobe (from friendlier days) were also frequent, especially during the playoffs.
