Yepp...the 1GB 60X are still available. I decided to buy 2 512MB 60x cards at $41 each...plus with shipping being only $0.99 each...this is an amazing deal. Plus it gives me 2 options to work with in case something goes wrong with one...which is the only reason i got 2 512MB as opposed to 1GB.

junji98 - I think they only ship to the US and Puerto Rico. But you could email them to make sure.

indiawala - that is the same reason I choose the 512 MB.

OHHHHHH....the Christmas bills are in, but I couldn't resist the cheap shipping, so I ordered 512mb. Little ways down the road, I'll get another. Curious to see how the high speed compares to the standard 226 Kingston that I'm currently using.

Thanks for the tip....

My order of 2 SD cards...512MB each 60X...still hasn't come in. The moment it does I will compare it to my current 512 regular speed Dane Electric and inform you all. The biggest reason I need speed is to use autobracket for most of my night shots and to use the burst mode for action photography. For both these operations my regular card is too slow...the camera freezes for a few seconds while downloading the photos to the SD card...in that time I could lose a nice opportunity to take more pictures.

it'll be interesting to see your results.according to their website, the Dane cards list a 10MB max just like the Kingmax. ihave a Dane 512, but if the Kingmax is really faster, i may get one of those for fast shots, and use the Dane for things like landscapes where i won't be using burst or continuous mode...
