Bob, I really hope you didn't expect any comments like "great shot" or "nice picture" or something; you almost made me signing off there :blah:(so that was ment for the 2n and 3rd pics)

JUST GET YER LAZY *SS ON THAT MACHINE ASY MANY HOURES AS YOU SPENT BEHIND THAT PC SCREEN!!!!!!!!

Is that motivating? hope so :G

If not; find yourselves someone who's got the same plans; That really works.

Good luck m8!!

Hey Bobc!

Good luck with your efforts to lose weight.

Here is an easy way to shed a lb a week.

Walk as fast as you can (outside-weather no factor) for 1/2 of your lunch break then turn around and repeat.

Then return to work.

Garoonteeeed to lose 1 lb/week (or you can get your money back!).

Oops...free, unsolicited consult...hmmmm...nm...that money back thing.

Glad to see that your gf (as you shown her to all of us forumeers) will serve as a living example of a beautiful......................................... .......

abdomen.

Wha??? What were you thinking??? :blah:

Good luck, trooper! Make your old DI proud!
