Also not fair because its not open to FZ1, FZ2 and FZ10. Only FZ3, FZ15 and FZ20.

This contest is being sponsored by the US distributer so I guess it's fair that this canuck can't enter. We have a separate distributer up here and they add 50 percent on to their wholesale. This is the norm not just Panasonic products. (Sale price for a FZ20 her is 879.99 at retail or 721.00 US approx.) Darn you'd think we could have are own contest with that markup. Two nights in space or something.

Regards

EJM

lol :G

Ah well leave it; Before my fz20 era began, I tried a few shots in a contest to win an FZ10; but they didn't make it. I should first go a little better on my results before i make a chance on winning

Good luck folks! GB

I shot them a nastly e-mail to ignore regarding this. It's not like the 1, 2, or 10 are long discontinued models! As of this summer, the FZ-1 and the FZ-10 were the only games in town! If memory serves me the new line didn't start showing up in stores until late-July or early-August 2004, about 1/2 a calendar year ago! Ridiculas!

Panasonic's website tends to be designed for current models at all times. Any time they put up a contest..its not gonna be for what was out 5 mins. ago..its gonna be for whats out now. That is part of their sales technique.
