Hello everyone,
New to the forum.Hope this post comes through OK. FZ1 owner. Don't seem to here from many of us these days with all those new Fluzi's out now. They can still get the shots.

Wonderful shot! Though most on this board are FZ-20 folks, there are still quite a number who use the FZ-1. Fmoore, Basac, Fox, Boyzo, Rezajune, FZFun, Vizquest, Nmastae, me among others either own just the FZ-1 or the FZ-1 in addition to another FZ camera. It's pretty well represented, respected, and - like you said, still gets the shots. I have no great compulsion to get another camera, so satisfied am I with the resuts from the FZ-1.

Welcome! Post some more when you can.

FZ1v2 are very sharp cameras indeed. Here is an orchid from Powell Gardens in Missouri. A good friend of mine works there as a horticulturist.

Lovely Orchid. Resized only. If only the FZ10 and 20 could make it this easy.

Right you are, vIZnquest! The trusty FZ1 does indeed make it pretty easy to get shots like this:
