A look in the backyard revealed some bird activity. Great respect to the bird photographers over here; these hyper activebirds really don't provide any time to get close, or get some settings right :O

This was the best one I got; The b/w dude seems suprised by the highspeed lowpass of his colored buddy. The colored bird is a great tit(mouse) (copied this straight from my just installed digital dictionary; guess they're right :G)

Exif available with the image; 55% crop, highlights increased, resized, sharpened. The white background is part of the house.

I think it is a very good picture. Obviously shows how fast that little bird is while the other was paying no mind to anything until he buzzed by.

LOL...nice 1 GB..the lower bird is saying (its a bird- its a plane- its a...well i dont know its flying to dang fast) !!!!!!!

Thanks VIZnquest and Willow;

That OIS was very helpfull with this shot; it would have required at least 1/400 without it; and the colored one wouldn't have been so blurred 8)
