Hi all!

Well, my wonderful new fz20 finally arrived last night. It was a long road to get to this camera...we started out wanted a Canon A95, then a clerk at a camera store showedus the zoom on a nikon 4800,which thrilled us, and he also recommended this website, which is where I discovered the FZ3, so I placed an order, almost faltered and ordered the canon s1 IS, but didn't, then just before it was due to arrive, I changed my order to the fz20! I realized the extra money would be worth having a camera that would last us for years to come! Thank you all for the wonderful information you provide, it's a real service for people like me who have to research things to death before I'm able to be comfortable with a decision!!! Here's my first pic, not great, I know, but I'm open to suggestions! It hasn't been "played with" at all, it's straight from the camera.

Have a good day, fffun1

Welcome.

I too scoured this forum for information and decided to get the FZ20.

As boyzo said in another thread, don't let this forum change.

If it ain't broken......

I built these feeders from Plywood, I tried to use Japanese architecture.
My GF loves birds so I built them for her.
I used the Heart Motiff in all
