This is a simple roadside flower, botanical name leucas aspera, belonging to labiatae family.

No kidding, it is real. The small flowers appearing on either side have been joined to make the ring, thats all. I shall post you the pic of the plant sometime soon. Only thing, the flower is so full of nectar, that the branch bearing the flowers is always full of ants! The size of the flower is about 7 mm.
