I don't want to start another debate about whether photos should be out of the camera or post processed. I just want to post this picture of some fall leaves.

CAUTION; I DID USE A PS FILTER TO INTENSIFY THE COLORS. TURN AWAY QUICKLY IF THIS OFFENDS YOU!

OK now, everybody else have a look. I will post the original if anybody wants to see the difference.

ya know, post-processing ain't all bad. this is a VERY nice picture. i like it!!

here's one i took last fall (i think i posted it on this board many, many threads ago) that involves some post-processing - quite a bit, actually - but i really liked the results, to i didn't mind that it wasn't "pure"... for many things, i do tend to prefer to keep the image as close to what the camera saw as possible, but sometimes, i see something that "isn't quite there" yet, and post-processing can bring it out...

I touch up almost everything I shoot in PS, although I always archive the originals in case I want to go back to it. Any chance I can get to improve the way my shots look is worth it to me.
