Thanks for your replies everyone.. I had originally decided to stick with a CRT type.. It may not be a big deal to some but I think the LCD and Plasma technology has a way to go.. I've narrowed it down to a couple and some of you I'll be asking questions in PMs or email. Thanks again..

To keep this sort of panasonic related.. This guy was on window sill when I was taking the sunset photo shown above. A few days ago he was crawling around but appears to have given up the ghost as well as my monitor.. I took several, I THINK this was the sharpest but I can't really tell. If not, I'll post a better one when I can see what I'm doing.

Are ALL of your monitors bad???? :lol: I can see it plain as day.. Perfect focus. The photo of the bug and all 10 of it's shadows.. Shotgunbride.. I didn't even see the grass on my window sill..
