Here's some info I came across on teleconverters (tests were done on an FZ10, but I'm sure they'd apply to an FZ20). I hope I'm not violating some rule by posting the links to another site.. just trying to pass along some useful information.

G'day sandyp, probably a stupid question but why do we need a step-up ring for the phayee adaptor, I have just ordered mine (Phayee) that is and need to know please of if any one else can answer it will be very much appreciated.

The Phayee is 62mm? If that's right, you will need a 62-52mm step down ring to attach the c210. I guess that's what sandyp was referring to.

Thanks a million folks, the 'up' and now know it should be a down size is what threw me? Now Just gotta wait for the adaptor. Getting to this outback part of the world aint much fun, even finding some of the things you guys refer too, half the camera shops dunno what you're talking about. Anyways many thanks again

Why no one mention T14b ? I read on other post that pic quality is generallybetter, to me that is more important that x factor, please give your opinion, as I'm looking for Teleconverter too. :roll:

By the way I did nor mention LTZ10E... is to$$$ to a starter like me, and to soon to find on ebay....
