Tried to use some reverse lens for macro, but fail miserably. Anyway, spotted these few spiders and used closed up filters instead. Appreciate any critique!

Thanks!

Hide & seek is my favorite. The DOF actually enhances the effect - Prey in sharp view toally unaware of what lurks nearby. the predator out of view, ready to pounce!

tchuanye,

W:GW.

Everyone of your pictures are excellent. You need to get a book made on all of these shots you do.

Hi guys!

Thanks for the comments!

For #5, actually, the spider was running away from the ant! Not exactly sure what it was doing but there were a bunch of ants at some small fruits, and the spider kept approaching them, but was chased away by the ants

My set up:
FZ10+Nikon 6T+ Sigma close up lens, distance = 19cm
Taken with external bounce flash.
ExposureTime : 1/60-1/100Sec
FNumber : F8.0 for all except #6 F5.6
ExposureProgram : Manual
ISOSpeedRatings : 50
