Heavy backlight conditions, but I think it worked out pretty well. #1 got a bit overexposed unfortunately. The settings (iso200 f/2.8 A-prio) were good for the calm shots, but with all the water splattering around, it got a bit too bright.

#1 -midtones reduced a bit, cropped a bit



#2 -no cropping, midtones increased slightly

Makes me think of the saying "like water off a duck"s back". Like the wings in the second photo.

Wow nice action pictures.. I've seen some people try this with a DSLR but the quality of your pictures is pretty much the same. f2.8 leica lens I guess.... :G

Nice to see some dutch input again.. haven't seen you around in a while

Second is the best. Great action shot. Another testament to a good shooter with a good camera.
