My first time to post here, so I thought I'd share a little still life work. Took this tonight with the FZ20. The roses were grown by my wife. I thought the rings added a nice touch.

I really enjoy the first picture. Great lighting. How did you do that? It lookslike pro-studio lighting

Used a handheld spotlight with a sheet of white paper taped over the front. One second exposure while I "panned" the spotlight across the top/front of the roses. Wanted to remove the shadows and provide a soft light across the roses. I took a half dozen pics to get it right. Thanks for the comments!
