I visited the new A & S museum at Dulles with a brand new FZ 20 and enough knowledge to use P mode, zoom, burst and try to stand still. It's an amazing place with a huge collection of planes and space vehicles. The FZ 20 was very forgiving of my "newbness". I'm planning to go back and take a more educated crack at this site.

Caught some planes landing in burst mode. Never thought I'd pull that off with a camera under 1K$.

I hadn't post processed them but "Hazy" is the name of the man they named this branch of the Smithsonian A and S after. It wasn't a reference to the pics.

Thanks for the tip on USM I'll give it a try.

i like the bright red P-51B... reminds me, i gotta get to the Museum of Flight here in Seattle one o' these days. there's an F-4U Corsair there that's absolutely gorgeous!
