Looks like a duck. I found that my pictures of ducks were a fault of mine but it shows on yours as well. Hotspots. I can't wait for Spring either so I can see if I can somehow take pictures like the one you posted without "hotspots".

The most pronounced "hotspot" is on the end of its bill. Blow it up and you will see what I am talking about. I can readily see it on the picture as is. I am sure it is due to the water spots but the reflection is not part of what you see before taking the picture.
