Been shopping for a FZ15
found one at Butterflyphoto.com for $364.00

http://www2.butterflyphoto.com/shop/...me&sku=DMCFZ15

However it has the K designation attached.(FZ15K)
Does anyone know what this indicates?

Is Butterflyphoto a good place to shop ?

Thanks

Hi,
In my understanding of the Lumix FZ camera line, the " K " indicates that the color is black not silver. As for Butterfly, there have been both happy customers and some less than happy. I would check out more dealers and look for high ratings of approval from customers.

It means "Black", the color of the camera.

I've heard some bad things about butterfly. Some alternate suggestions you may consider are: Vanns.com, bhphotovideo.com, adoramam.com and beachcamera.com.

I'm actually in the middle of writing an article on how to find a reputable online camera business to deal with. As others have mentioned, check the reseller ratings.

It means it's the black coloured model

The K means Key, as in CMYK (cyan, magenta, yellow, key) in pro printing.

Was this a joke I'm not getting? I'm pretty sure the K in CMYK stands for Black.
