A+ You and Boyzo are the best at the street shots. Did you use Optic Verve for the B&W? Very good film look.

I think she's a member of the Academy doing some research in advance of voting for the Oscars. The beret gave it away.

Kidding aside, nice candid. She has a lot of personality so makes a great subject. You could spend some time speculating about who she is and what she's about. :?

great picture - but just a question on candids? did you tell the lady you'd taken her pic? or send her a copy? or is it ok to take a pic of someone without their permission?

I'm not criticising and not picking on this particular photo - I'm just curious if theres some etiquette to taking candid photos of strangers.
