Good one, Nick! Is that a sunrise or a sunset?

Thanks all...

The first is a home across the street, and was taken around 7:00 a.m. - saw it while I was digging out my car. Shot with the Raynox 6600... velvia PS action, and a light touch of Flaming Pear's "aestherize". I shot it at 50 iso, 1/2000 to get a sil-o-wet (... I can't for the life of me spell silhouette right) fake me out sunrise.

Second on, again, a wide angle shot... slow shutter, forget what else besides B&W I did to it. Took that couple weeks ago.

I love the darkness of the trees making a frame on the first one, it gives a real creative isolation to the color and light in the picture.

The second one is full of film noir goodness

Nick, love the first pic, I think it's both the sunrise & sunset all in one, right?

Also love the effect on the second one. It reminds me of how things look when I've had too much vino:!:
